Join me in this 4-week course where we will be exploring the foundations of mindfulness. I will introduce the essential techniques in mindfulness and monitor how you make progress from week to week. We will be looking into how to infuse everyday life with mindfulness, fostering presence here and now, and bringing an increased sense of happiness.
The course spreads over 4 weeks. We will be setting a goal for your mindfulness practice between the sessions. I will share the guided practice recordings and other material with you, so to help you bring mindfulness into your life.
Anybody can attend - absolute beginners and those already familiar with mindfulness feeling that their practice lacks coherence.
